Are you able to do walk-ins and treatments if an appointment hasn’t been booked?

Unfortunately not, all treatments are appointment only. Some treatments require a skin patch test 24hrs before the scheduled appointment. By making an appointment we ensure you receive a non rushed treatment with prior consultation so that the treatment can be tailored to your unique beauty requirements.

Do you take card payments?

Yes we accept all major credit cards, Google and Apple Pay, Cash and Gift Certificates purchased from the salon.

Is there any parking at the salon?

Yes, customers can park on the forecourt directly in front of the salon and along the road at the side of the salon in eligible spaces.

Do you do acrylic nails?

We don’t offer acrylic nails at the moment. Gel nails are a healthier alternative for the nail than acrylic and are less likely to cause damage to the natural nail.

Are you able to remove nail art that was done at a different salon?

This depends on the product used and prior consultation would be needed to asses, we cannot remove acrylic nails.

Do I have to have a patch test and what is the process?

Yes for certain treatments a patch test will need to be carried out at least 24 hours before the treatment. This is to make sure you don't have a reaction to certain products used. It is required by most insurers that every salon carries out a test patch for new clients. We test on a small amount of skin behind the ear. This makes sure the test patch is discreet but you can still see the area in a mirror and can monitor to see if a reaction occurs. Main treatments that require test patching in our salon are eyelash and brow treatments.

Is there a deposit for appointments and how long do I have to cancel or reschedule?

We do not currently charge a deposit, we understand that life happens and sometimes people will need to reschedule or cancel their appointments. We ask if this is the case to please let us know as soon as possible.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive approx. 5 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself to relax and prepare for your treatment. New clients may also have to fill out a consultation form.

I'm new to facials / massage / manicures and unsure which one to have?

When making an appointment or enquiry we allow for consultation time to go through any skin or treatment concerns or questions you may have and try to understand what you would like to achieve from your facial or treatment. This helps us to advise you on the most suited treatment for your requirements.

Can I bring my children?

Sure, just be mindful there are chemicals in the salon and possibly other clients to consider and the child’s supervision and safety will still be your responsibility.

Is there a minimum age requirement for treatments?

If you are under the age of 18 certain treatments will require consent, please get in touch if this applies to you.

Is the salon wheelchair accessible?

At the moment unfortunately not, there is a step to the entrance of the salon. We do have several clients with disabilities and always try to accommodate and assist where possible to make the salon as accessible to everyone as we can.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, these can be bought from our website shop or in the salon

Can I have treatments if I'm pregnant?

Sure, however it is really important to let us know if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable at different stages of the pregnancy. We can however offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby.

I've had Botox / fillers can I still have a facial?

Yes you can still have facials however we ask you wait 2 weeks after having Botox/fillers and to let us know during consultation or before booking a facial treatment.

What products does the salon use?

At our Salon we use a variety of some of the most reputable products available, they all have a different purpose and we are not fixed on just one brand. Two popular main brands we do like to use though due to their safety and effectiveness is CND SHELLAC™ for nails and CLINICCARE for facials. If you have any allergies please disclose this with us prior to booking or during consultation.

Do I need to wear flipflops for a pedicure or anything specific for a facial/massage.

No, we use Gel polish for pedicures that is dry immediately, all massages are done in a private room where there are blankets provided for modesty.

What if the pressure during a massage is too much or not enough?

Please just say, we ask all new clients if they are happy with the current pressure anyway.

Do males comes for treatments?

Yes we have a number of male clients who come for a variety of treatments, such as massage, waxing, manicures, eyebrow treatments and more. It is a relaxed salon with neutral décor and ambiance where we hope everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed.
